After 14+ years in education, I found that so many clinicians across all healthcare professions are tired, but feel they have so much more to offer to improve the lives of others. They want to teach, but don't know how to get there. They believe they aren't capable. They believe a payout is imminent. They believe they have to go back to school (which is expensive).
I created Clinic2Class to not only BUST all of these myths, but to help clinicians find other ways of impacting generational health: by teaching students!
A bonus motivation was seeing how many clinicians were getting into academia extremely underprepared. This not only makes their job harder, but negatively impacts students. Sometimes, students even leave because of the frustration with poorly prepared faculty.
